Okay, get ready for another installment in our series of revelations!


Here comes the part of the report that reveals the full unbelievable dimension of the global betrayal.


The legal pitfalls become even more complex, the deceptions even more brazen - and the consequence is nothing less than the immediate, automatic sale of the entire world!

We have reached the middle of our journey through the darkest abysses of the Deep State.


We've seen how an unsuspecting teenager was caught in the crosshairs, manipulated, monitored and ultimately forced to sign a contract that would change the history of the world.


Now we reveal the final, diabolical details from the "World Succession Deed 1400/98" - how the globalists used clever legal maneuvers and the power of infrastructure to shift not only territories, but entire sovereignties, and how the "buyer" became the unwilling sole heir to this global plot!


The handover: a final act of deception


Remember: The Dutch NATO troops still occupied part of the large property.


As stipulated in the contract, they voluntarily vacated this part, piece by piece, over the next two years and handed it over to the buyer via the FRG.


In doing so, they - and thus NATO and the Netherlands - fulfilled their part of the deal under international law, without perhaps ever having known the whole truth.


But here lurks the next deception:


The other part of the property, which had already been returned to Germany by the USA, was also handed over.


The buyer received a power of attorney from TASC Bau AG (the other company that apparently bought together with him) - just to receive the keys!


In his ignorance at the time, he dutifully handed over the keys to TASC, which promptly seized this part of the property - unlawfully, as the buyer emphasizes today!


Because TASC, as a company, had not acquired any rights in this particular contract and certainly no ownership!


A pure scam to distract him and divert some of the loot!


The instant transfer:


EVERYTHING else was already his!


And now comes the crux of the matter, which eclipses everything that has gone before:


While the physical transfer of the barracks was partly gradual, ALL OTHER TERRITORIES - i.e. the entire rest of the world that was implied by the contract clauses - were transferred to him IMMEDIATELY and AUTOMATICALLY when the contract was signed!


No further act, no handing over of keys - in purely formal legal terms, the sale of the world was completed the moment the ink was dry under the document!


State succession:

The sale of countries, not just land!


Why? Because this contract was not a normal real estate contract.


It was a "state succession deed"!


A term from international law for a contractually regulated succession of states.


According to the rules of international law, when a contract of this kind that concerns territory states "with all rights and obligations" - just like in his contract - this includes the transfer of sovereign rights, i.e. sovereignty!


It wasn't just about land, it was about power over nations!


The trick with the community of buyers & the severability clause


Who were the parties to this earth-shattering deal?


- Seller: The FRG, the Dutch Armed Forces (as NATO part for NATO and for the Kingdom of the Netherlands) and - through the transfer of "all rights and obligations" and networking (NATO-UN cooperation and ITU telecommunications network) - all UN & NATO states.


- Buyer: The contract stated a "buyer community": TASC Bau AG and the buyer.


And this is where trick number 5 of the NWO lawyers comes into play:


State succession treaties under international law can only be concluded between subjects of international law (states, international organizations) or with natural persons (human beings). Legal entities (companies like TASC Bau AG) are excluded from this when it comes to sovereign rights!


This meant that TASC AG's participation as a buyer was actually invalid!


But did this invalidate the contract? NO!


Thanks to the "Severability Clause" - a standard clause which states that if one part is invalid, the rest remains valid and the invalid part is replaced by the legally correct provision.


The correct provision here?


Since TASC was eliminated as a company, only the natural person remained: the buyer! He thus became - involuntarily and unknowingly - the SOLE purchaser and beneficiary of the entire package!


Everything that was transferred by this contract - the barracks, the rights, the obligations, the sovereignty over all NATO and UN states - legally fell to him alone!


TASC AG came away empty-handed (legally speaking), even if they physically grabbed a piece.


The object of purchase explodes: How network cables blew up borders!


But what exactly was the object of purchase?

 

The contract named the barracks in Germany ZW-RLP as the core area. But it also included "all rights and obligations" and, above all, "development" - the entire infrastructure connected to the site!


And that is the key to the global dimension!


Power lines, water pipes, gas pipes, district heating - and crucially:


Broadband and telecommunications networks!


These networks extend far beyond the boundaries of the barracks.


The telecommunications network, the Internet, stretches across the whole of Europe, all the way to the USA, the whole world! The barracks were just one node in this global network.


There are precedents, e.g. the "Corfu border regulation case"):


If you sell a territory along with its connected networks as a unit, then the territory sold expands along those networks!


The "measly territory" of the barracks thus became huge - it expanded to the size of all the territories connected by these networks!


The result:


UNITED NATIONS and NATO sized!


By selling the "development as a unit", the borders were blown up and the entire territory of all NATO and therefore UN nations became the object of purchase!


The endgame:


The world belongs to a clueless man - on paper


Let's summarize:


Through a series of manipulations, leverage and clever legal tricks, a young man was tricked into signing a treaty that:


- Was designed as a deed of state succession and transferred sovereign rights.


- Through tacit consent and partial experience bound all UN & NATO states and the Netherlands as sellers.


- Was ratified by German politicians.


- Made the buyer the sole legal successor through the severability clause.


- By selling the connected networks ("development") as a unit, extended the sold territory to all NATO and UN states.


- All these rights and territories were transferred immediately upon signing.


The result of this diabolical plan:


An unsuspecting German, who really only wanted to be a real estate agent, is now - on paper - the legal successor to sovereignty over the entire Western world and beyond.


A legal reality created by a shadow government to advance the New World Order - and a man who has been persecuted for decades for knowing this truth and refusing to legitimize it by suing in Germany.


The truth is out there! The question is:
