From a Former NATO Barracks to a Graphic Novel:
The First Nine Chapters of Global Epic Fail - World Succession Deed Are Now Online
Some Stories Are Too Strange to Be Fiction
Most autobiographies begin with familiar themes.
A career.
A business.
A family history.
This one begins with a former NATO military installation in post-Cold War Germany.
What followed was a chain of events that would span decades and connect real estate, law, politics, media controversies, micronation projects, personal tragedies, lost friendships, and a series of developments that often seemed more unbelievable than any novel could reasonably portray.
Today, the first nine chapters of the autobiographical graphic novel Global Epic Fail – World Succession Deed are available online.
Currently Available in German
Before anything else, an important note for international readers:
The graphic novel is currently available only in German.
However, an English translation is already planned and will follow in future releases, making the series accessible to a much wider audience.
A True Story That Refused to Stay Small
At the beginning, there was no grand master plan.
No vision of founding a micronation.
No expectation of becoming the subject of newspaper articles.
No intention of spending years navigating legal disputes, sovereignty questions, political controversies, and public attention.
The original goal was remarkably simple:
Build a future.
Instead, what emerged was a story that repeatedly crossed the boundaries between personal experience and historical events.
A story where former military property became connected to larger questions of governance, identity, law, and power.
A story where reality frequently became stranger than satire.
What Awaits Readers?
The first nine chapters introduce the foundations of a much larger narrative.
Readers will encounter:
The transformation of Europe after the fall of the Iron Curtain
Former NATO facilities and military conversion projects
The unexpected emergence of a micronation kingdom
Legal conflicts and bureaucratic labyrinths
Media attention and public controversies
Betrayal, surveillance, and personal struggles
Extraordinary individuals whose lives intersected with the story
Friendship, loss, and unresolved mysteries
The collision of private lives with historical change
Throughout the series, dark humor and self-irony remain constant companions.
Because when reality becomes sufficiently absurd, sometimes laughter is the only rational response.
Why Global Epic Fail?
Because looking back, many of these events seem simultaneously tragic, absurd, fascinating, and impossible.
Some memoirs tell the story of success.
Others tell the story of failure.
This one tells the story of what happens when history, law, politics, and human nature collide in ways nobody anticipated.
The result is often dramatic.
Occasionally hilarious.
And sometimes completely unbelievable.
Yet it all happened.

The Story Has Only Just Begun
The first nine chapters represent only the opening act of a much larger memoir.
Many more chapters are already in development.
Future installments will explore additional historical events, new characters, unpublished documents, personal experiences, and deeper layers of a story that spans more than three decades.
The first nine chapters answer one question:
How did this extraordinary journey begin?
The chapters still to come will explore an even larger one:
How far can a single story travel once it escapes the boundaries of ordinary life?
For now, the first pages have been written.
The rest of the story is still unfolding.
