Ladies and gentlemen, friends of freedom!


We continue to dig into the dirtiest file in modern history - the "World Succession Deed 1400/98"!


We've seen how a naive teenager was targeted, lured with cheap real estate and placed under total surveillance.


Now we reveal the final act of deception - how the masterminds of the NEW WORLD ORDER forced him to become a buyer himself, and how they used perfidious legal tricks to ensnare not only him, but the whole world and even the German government itself!


The shock call: psychological terror just before the finish line!


Just imagine: Three years of unpaid work, vast sums of money invested, the deal about to be signed.


Only six weeks to go! Then comes the SHOCK CALL from the OFD Koblenz to the buyer's mother: "That's it! We're out! The OFD is not allowed to do business with real estate agents!"


BOOM! After all these years, they suddenly remember that?


All that work, all that money - for nothing?


The super-GAU!


A classic move to create panic, to build up pressure!


Because time pressure is always a warning sign, a tool of the manipulators!


The trap snaps shut:


Property instead of wages - "Greed eats brains!"


But the shock was short-lived. Because the OFD official had - what a surprise! - immediately had a "solution" ready.


The ultimate bait, the final enticement:


The buyer should simply receive real estate of the same value instead of his well-earned commission!


He should become a buyer himself! Either that, or he goes away completely empty-handed!


That was the trick, the final trap!


And the buyer, under pressure, not wanting to let the deal fall through, fell into it!


He describes it himself: "Greed eats brains!" Even if it was less greed than the fear of total loss - the result was the same.

He was turned into an owner by the estate agent - just what the NWO conspirators needed!


It was like simply handing a basket of fruit to a helper at the weekly market instead of a wage. Sounds fair? Only if the fruit isn't poisoned!


A juicy detail: the mother had made it clear from the outset that the son should acquire the property privately, not through a company - to save inheritance tax and because she distrusted her husband at the time.


She trusted her son blindly - a trust that the masterminds shamelessly exploited to install him as the sole buyer.


The choice of poison: the officers' apartments under NATO control!


They were even allowed to choose the properties! They chose the best part of the barracks:


The officers' apartments. Top location, top condition. The catch?


These apartments were still occupied by Dutch NATO fighter pilots!


For an indefinite period!


The Dutch could theoretically have stayed forever.


The buyer wanted to keep the properties private, rent them out through his company, not sell them.


But how was he supposed to get hold of property that was still occupied by a foreign military power?


The legal bombshell:


The disguised international treaty


This is where things get highly complex and absolutely diabolical!


Normally, the buyer explains, this is how a conversion works:


The NATO troops (as previously the Americans in the other part of the property) return the area to Germany under international law.


THEN Germany sells it to private individuals in accordance with national law.


But to sell the still occupied Dutch apartments directly to the buyer, something else was needed:


A TREATY UNDER PUBLIC LAW!

A treaty between states! Subjects of international law involved:


- NATO: Represented by the Netherlands, Germany and - here it comes - connected to the ENTIRE NATO & UN AREA by linking the supply networks!


- The Kingdom of the Netherlands: Whose troops were still on site and handed over the territory to the buyer through Germany, so to speak.


- The Federal Republic of Germany: Which handled the whole thing.


The "nasty tricks" of the globalist lawyers:


And how did they get all parties to recognize this treaty, which, according to the buyer, sold the whole world? With legal tricks that make your hair stand on end:


- Trick 1: International law breaks international law! Only a new treaty under international law could amend the existing NATO treaty on the use of the property to enable the direct sale. This new treaty was the "World Succession Deed".


- Trick 2: Tacit consent! The trick: NATO and the Netherlands didn't even have to sign the new treaty! The treaty contained a clause stating that the old contractual relationship (the use by the Dutch) remained "unaffected". So by simply continuing as before, the Dutch were fulfilling the old treaty - and thus AUTOMATICALLY recognizing the NEW treaty! Similarly with the sale of the telecommunications network (ITU - International Telecommunication Union - sub-organization of the UNI) as part of the "internal development", as a unit and the clause that this should continue to be operated. They became party to the contract through simple behavior! A "nasty trick", as the buyer says! Entire UN & NATO countries could be bound without ever having seen the contract! The Dutch soldiers were even witnesses and accomplices, as they witnessed the handover while they were still stationed there - clear proof of its international legal character!


- Trick 3: No ratification necessary (for the others)! The treaty did not provide for explicit ratification by all parties. Practical, isn't it?


- Trick 4: German ratification under a false flag! BUT: Germany HAD to ratify! And the Bundestag and Bundesrat did so - BEFORE the treaty was signed!


The OFD's official explanation to the buyer:


The purchase price exceeded DM 10 million, therefore parliamentary approval was necessary.


The real motive, according to the buyer:


It was a disguised POPULAR CONTRACT to obtain domestic approval as a safeguard!


The politicians are digging their own grave! LOL!


And now comes the absolute hammer: The "state leaders" in the Bundestag and Bundesrat, the buyer mockingly says, waved the treaty through, knowing exactly what they were doing! They read a seemingly harmless real estate contract for DM 10 million and planned that they had just agreed to the SALE OF ALL NATO STATES (including Germany!) AND THEREFORE ALL UN STATES!


They have either, according to the buyer, "abolished themselves for a moment! LOL!" Or seized for the third time in 100 years after the world power! Typical Germany - both imaginable!


He was probably not the only one who didn't know what this treaty really was - it was so well disguised!


Through this insidious ratification, the international treaty was transformed into German law and thus has the force of law in Germany.


At the same time, however:


International law breaks national law!


The trap was perfectly constructed!


The devil is in the detail - and this treaty is the devil!

Pressure, deception, legal pitfalls, manipulation at the highest level!


An unsuspecting young man was forced to become a buyer and signed a contract whose true scope - the sale of the world - was deliberately concealed by experts and even waved through unnoticed by some parliamentarians through legal trickery!
