In the penultimate manuscript of the "buyer" available to us, Germany's true, desperate motives for this world treaty are revealed - and the ice-cold geopolitical considerations of who sabotaged the German grab for the NWO at the last moment!

Why would Germany forge such a perfidious, global plan?
And who had an interest in thwarting this plan at the last moment?

Germany's motives:
Reach for world power out of fear of downfall!
The buyer emphasizes: the international law aspects, the entire plan, was an "original German idea".
He and his mother were only distracted with irrelevant details about the TASC relationship, while Germany pulled the strings for the global coup in the background.
The goal: Germany as a world power and world court - the third attempt in 100 years!
GERMANY HAS CERTAINLY CONSPIRED:
The Kingdom of the Netherlands is directly in the original treaty, regardless of the treaty chain, and the USA also participated directly in the treaty by referring to the broadband contract with TKS Telepost and can thus stay nicely in the background, while Germany mimes the villain for the rest of the world! After all, the USA occupied the Krzb. barracks after the Second World War until 1993 and when the US military left the city in 1993, according to the UN, the world's largest conversion case arose with local mass unemployment and enormous losses in value on the real estate market.
When the American forces withdrew, large areas of military land were left vacant. They made up a third of the city. Unemployment rose to around 21%. There was also a court of arbitration under international law for NATO troops in Koblenz Castle.
But that was not all, because the Deep State representative was also based there, the procurement department of the Bundeswehr aka the "International Arms Dealer Mafia".
All this at a hoarding - the Koblenz Castle - and here comes a 19-year-old real estate apprentice, newly self-employed, so inexperienced that he hasn't marketed a single apartment in his life, and imagines, without even thinking about bribing the mafia-in-chief, to be allowed to market NATO real estate on a grand scale! This was so unusual that the buyer was sure the official was eyeing him very suspiciously and thought it was a test. The official was very dismissive and when the buyer asked if the Dutch part of the property could not be sold as well, the official opened his eyes wide and almost shouted: "That's not possible yet, we need an international treaty!"
And the teenager said, without realizing what he was saying:
"Let's make one then!"
The thought of being able to broker more apartments and earn more commission, because he was almost penniless, so buying properties himself never occurred to him!
The clerk fell silent, that was opening Pandora's box, the genie was out of the bottle and didn't want to go back in. From then on, the idea went to the obvious "right people", everything else is history!
It should be noted that the right idea was put forward to the right people and, above all, at exactly the right property, where a site was used by several subjects of international law + stationing rights + telecommunications rights to the ITU and UN + TKS and the USA + the old networks of the use of the Krzb. property of the US armed forces as a network center for civilian and military networks - for example, English-language television programs were also fed in regionally and nationally from there.
So all in all, an absolutely unique opportunity to sell the whole world in one fell swoop and even without involving the buyer in this conspiracy, because this ensured the incontestability of the contract and also offered the opportunity to get the world from the ignorant as soon as the statute of limitations expired - even free of charge through a little pressure via the new development to be laid under German law, where Germany was then to generously waive the development costs and in return was to receive collecting lines and roads and parking lots. This was already envisaged in the contract and would have transferred the world to Germany in a second domino effect! Legitimate, because ignorance is no defense against selling out the world!
- The ignorant front man for the double deal:
Germany made sure that the buyer was unaware of the nature of the contract under international law. The plan was clear: first he was to unwittingly acquire all NATO rights, then transfer everything back to Germany through a second, harmlessly disguised "development contract" (about alleged road and network transfers) - and thus help Germany become a world power.
- The German delusion & sabotage: This plan was thwarted by the sabotage of the second treaty (as described above). Since then, Germany has been living under the delusion that it already holds the treaty and jurisdiction in its hands and can subjugate the NATO states and proclaim the NWO at any time by its own judgment.
Germany must only have one reason for such a court case.
Germany pretends to be ignorant and then suddenly wants to be the world's oppressor! Quite unintentionally, of course, but as a constitutional state, then to assert its claim as world ruler and global overlord in public.
By force, of course, which would then be legitimate!
One is then forced to enforce given law.
Hence the permanent blackmail of the buyer, because he is supposed to sue and thus open the important process and Germany then has the world officially in its hands, quite incidentally and unintentionally, totally surprisingly!
Bad, bad, but that fits in with German history!
Germany is almost overqualified and totally credible to reach for world domination again!
The buyer considers it a blessing that this power does not lie with "dangerous, insidious Germany".

Because he knows the ugly face of Germany - the true face behind the masquerade of the model pupil of law and freedom.

Why this desperate grab for world power?
Germany has no future!
The 2024 sustainability report by the Federal Ministry of Finance (which wrote the contract, so to speak!) forecasts an increase in debt to 345% of GDP by 2070, mainly due to the age pyramid.
Politicians have known this for decades.
An OFD official said to a buyer at the turn of the millennium: "You have to demolish the house to at least save the country!
The 1400/98 treaty was perhaps the last straw.
Who sabotaged Germany's NWO dreams?
The suspects:
If Germany didn't logically prevent the plan itself, who did?
Who had a motive to stop the cession to Germany and leave the rights to a powerless individual?
- Other UN & NATO states: Maybe they weren't all in on it and got wind of it and didn't want to be under a German yoke. Better an "opponent" without an army than a reinvigorated, aggressive Germany + unknown number of allies. According to Käufer, the Netherlands, USA, UN and NATO circles knew what was going on.
- Separatists?
There are separatists in every country. A failed German superstate, an unclear legal situation over the territories - that would be an opportunity for them to pursue their own goals and create smaller, independent units. The "annexation" of the territories by the old UN & NATO states creates "legal equality of arms" - no one has a legitimate claim anymore.
Conversely, every fantasy claim - e.g. my own home kingdom - is then equally legal / illegal!
- Russia - the prime suspect!
The arch-enemies NATO vs. Russia (formerly USSR - Warsaw Pact). The Cold War ended with NATO's victory, but Russia is back and striving for old imperialist greatness. For a Russia that feels threatened by NATO's eastward expansion, the dismantling of NATO from within would be just the thing. RUSSIA WOULD CERTAINLY BE WILLING TO PAY FOR THIS AND BRIBING TWO PEOPLE (A NOTARY AND AN OFD OFFICIAL) WOULD BE A BARGAIN!!!
- Old rope teams:
Putin was a KGB agent in Dresden in the 80s and speaks German. The fall of the Berlin Wall (1989) was shortly before the start of the treaty negotiations (1995). The FRG took over many Stasi employees - whose methods (decomposition etc.) were applied to the buyer. File 1400/98 was closed under Chancellor Schröder (SPD), who is known for his friendship with Putin.
- The goal - collapse of the West: German politicians could have passed on information to Russia via this old secret service gang. A joint sabotage plan to have NATO rights go not to Germany but to a weak party (the buyer) would deprive NATO of its legal legitimacy, eliminate the duty of assistance (Article 5) and the nuclear umbrella. The weakening of NATO "without sending tanks".
- Hybrid warfare: In view of the Ukraine war (which the buyer sees as a proxy war between NATO and Russia and regards as a harbinger of a third world war), this would be a masterpiece of Russian hybrid warfare. Russia could even support separatists in order to act more covertly.
The nuclear dimension: the end of the balance of terror?
The dissolution of NATO would have fatal consequences for Europe's nuclear umbrella:
- The USA was already questioning its NATO membership and thus the umbrella.
- Without the USA and without the NATO standby obligation, the European nuclear powers UK (120 warheads) and France (280 warheads) would be alone against Russia (1647 warheads). Would they protect other European countries if they risked their own nuclear annihilation? Hardly. "Le nucleaire ne se partage pas".
- Russia's new "SATAN 2" bomb could wipe out a small European country in one fell swoop. Nuclear deterrence would be obsolete, leaving countries defenceless against a Russian first strike or conventional attack.
The final riddle:
A game of powers
The autobiography almost ends with this gloomy outlook. A treaty born of German desperation and NWO ambitions, hijacked by an intelligence operation that brings the world to the brink of a new age of uncertainty.
The buyer, a pawn in a global game whose rules he had to learn when it was almost too late.
The 1400/98 file is not just the story of one man.
It is the story of a world that sold its soul - and was perhaps saved from the worst by an unexpected party.
