Release depends on the crystal ball prognosis of the therapists and experts - if it is negative, you stay in!
The inmates are completely at the mercy of the therapists, lying and sucking up to get out.
This system of arbitrariness and hopelessness is the perfect breeding ground to further wear down the buyer and force him to complain!
They want to show him:
You'll never get out of here if you don't do what we want!
Finally sue so that Germany gets global jurisdiction!
Or we'll finish you off with forced care (Plan B)!
That's the mendacious "care" in Germany's covert criminal psychiatry!
