Part E of the revelations suggests:
The treaty, the State Succession Deed 1400/98, is certainly not the original sin, not the beginning of this plot!
It certainly only refines a secret service plan that has been running for some time and reaches far into the future!
A multinational, intergenerational intelligence plan - a conspiracy to introduce the NWO!
The buyer suspects that his own naive proposal in the mid-1990s, when at the age of 19 he suggested the conclusion of an international treaty for the barracks at the OFD Koblenz without understanding the implications, woke sleeping dogs!
The proposal probably reached the right secret service circles, who then seized the opportunity and expanded their dark plan to include this treaty.
According to the buyer, it would not be surprising if the original plan had already existed, at least in outline, in the 1980s!
A plan that included the fall of the Berlin Wall, the demise of the USSR and even then decided the end of the Western world, which would come decades later!
They didn't invent the treaty for him, they used the opportunity to refine their plan to make it easier for themselves to push through the grand conspiracy!
They are clear opportunists who recognized an opportunity and snapped it up!
It was THE opportunity to secretly and covertly sell out all NATO countries in one fell swoop and condemn them to illegality! And the buyer?
Became an ignorant tool, caught, tortured, so that global jurisdiction falls to Germany!
