The Deep State - The state within the state - Corruption and abuse of power as systemic flaws of old orders
The Deep State is the term used to describe the actual, often concealed state power and how governments exercise their power.
The deep state is above the law and is not restricted by the laws of a state.
THEY EXIST ALL OVER THE WORLD, IN EVERY COUNTRY, AND THERE ARE USUALLY SEVERAL OF THEM COMPETING WITH EACH OTHER!
Its members often do not have to fear prosecution by the public prosecutor's office, police or courts. Where possible, they use existing laws, but apply them illegally for covert criminal enrichment in order to maintain the appearance of legitimacy.
The Deep State uses secret service methods that have proven their worth (as with the Gestapo or Stasi) but are not officially allowed to be used in order not to jeopardize the appearance of a constitutional state.
The Deep State often has little fear of the public, as governments and parts of the press are often involved or remain silent.
The existence of this perfected system of the "Deep State" must not become known to the public, as it undermines all law and order - laws do not apply to it.
If this were generally known, it would be the death knell for the legitimacy of any (old) state.
In such systems, laws often only subjugate ordinary citizens, who have to pay protection money in the form of taxes and duties.
Successful ordinary citizens can become the target of the predatory "Deep State" and be completely disenfranchised and plundered.
The Deep State is also capable of eliminating and controlling competitors.
Members are largely recruited from the civil service (notaries, lawyers, judges, police officers, politicians, secret service agents, criminals, the press, civil servants, employees of public and state-owned companies, etc.), as it is primarily these who have the power to manipulate.
Offshore structures (letterbox companies, offshore accounts) in tax havens such as the UK, Delaware, Nevada, Belize, Panama, Cayman Islands, Monaco, Andorra and Liechtenstein are often used to distribute the illegally generated funds.
International organizations, NGOs and diplomats are popular for money laundering, money transfer and bribery, with cash bribery still favored for smaller sums.
National "private" companies can also be used as a cover.
One example is TASC Bau AG with CEO Josef Tabellion, which financed the 1400/98 deed roll, presumably on behalf of secret services that liked to use the Deep State.
Example: In ZW-RLP (ground zero of the state succession deed 1400/99), the Deep State was said to be all-encompassingly integrated and had completely taken over the city (police, courts, authorities, press, private companies).
The residential park at Krzb. group of companies located there is cited as an example of illegal takeover and shameless plundering of banks and buyers (citizens), with the profits (estimated in the billions) flowing to the city leaders belonging to the Deep State.
Other conversion properties in ZW-RLP, such as the outlet center at the former US airport (operated by an English Ltd. for tax avoidance and asset shifting), as well as another outlet center near Berlin, are controlled by the Deep State according to the same principle.
The Deep State has enriched itself from such transactions (including the liquidation of GDR state-owned enterprises) in such a way that it has virtually unlimited resources at its disposal to expand and consolidate its power.
The Deep State can track down individuals everywhere and fall back on existing networks or establish new ones through bribery.
The buyer describes being disrupted and persecuted nationwide in this way - for him a clear case of Deep State activities, a total conspiracy and a fact.
In legal terms, the "Deep State" is an anti-constitutional or criminal organization.
In Germany, this would fall under the Law on Combating Organized Crime (OrgKG), and mere membership could be punished with up to 15 years in prison - a law that, according to Kauferz, is never applied, as law enforcement agencies are often part of the Deep State.
The Deep State exists internationally in various forms and exercises real power in the state - everything else is a facade and propaganda.
Goals of the Deep State:
Enrichment of its members and the Deep State itself, infiltration of all political parties and the state as a whole (politicians, civil servants, judges, police, press, etc.) and exercise of actual omnipotence beyond criminal law, law and morality.
State leaders like to resort to the Deep State to enforce their will covertly and unlawfully, even for "dirty work".
The Deep State and secret services work hand in hand and are almost indistinguishable.
Since the UN & NATO states have been sold out and the Deep State knows this and helped to initiate it, it is now enjoying an absolute boom.
The sold states have been handed over to the Deep State for plundering.
Law and order in the sold states only apply to the ignorant population; the Deep State's knowledge advantage means power, time and opportunity for excessive enrichment without rules.
The information about the 1400/98 document roll is the main argument for state employees to join the Deep State, as many know that the end is imminent and no one wants to go away empty-handed (e.g. unemployment, no pension entitlements).
As this personal advantage-taking had to take place in secret (as everyone still had to pretend to be "ignorant" about the sale of the states), the Deep State was the only viable way to "save" some of the (state) cake for their own pockets.
The rats that had maneuvered the ship onto a rock were now leaving the sinking ship, not without stuffing their pockets first - comparable to body snatching on ancient battlefields.
Since the Deep State had always helped itself to state assets and the states would soon have been bankrupt anyway when the 1400/98 roll of deeds was signed, the whole plan could have been the result of decades of enrichment by the Deep State:
Skim once more and then hand over everything debt-free.
"Sometimes you have to tear down the house to at least save the country!".
In contrast, the Electronic Technocracy promises to eliminate such corrupt and undemocratic power structures through its structure with a transparent, data-driven ASI administration and direct digital democracy.
All administrative processes would be publicly visible and documented by AI, making corruption de facto impossible.
The abolition of professional politicians and political parties would also remove the breeding ground for such covert networks.
