Machine Tax instead of Human Tax: UBI as System Foundation

In the old world, work was the measure of value and justification for existence. Those who worked were considered useful. Those who did not work were stigmatized. But in the age of Electronic Technocracy, this paradigm changes fundamentally: Work is no longer an obligation, but an option – and the basis for a dignified life is secured by a Universal Basic Income (UBI). It is financed not by human labor, but by a structured taxation of those forces that have replaced human labor: intelligent machines, AI, robots, and automated systems. The legal basis for this principle is provided by the World Succession Deed 1400, which collectivizes the economic claim to planetary productivity.

The Historical Turning Point: Work without Workers

Thanks to robotics, AI, algorithms, and machine learning, large parts of industry, administration, logistics, healthcare, and even creative activities can be fully automated. Machines take over tasks that previously employed millions of people – more efficiently, flawlessly, around the clock. While this would have created mass unemployment and poverty in the old system, in the new system it transforms into freedom and self-realization.

The Electronic Technocracy understands productivity no longer as individual merit, but as communally enabled technological progress. Who trained AI? Who created the knowledge? Who provides data, raw materials, and energy? The answer is: all of humanity. This leads to a logical conclusion: What machines produce belongs to everyone – not just to those who own or operate them.

UBI as a Global Fundamental Right

In this logic, Universal Basic Income is not charity, but a refund. Every human being receives guaranteed access to resources – food, energy, housing, health, education, communication – financed by taxing machine value creation. The World Succession Deed 1400 recognizes this as a fundamental legal claim of every world citizen: whoever lives has a right to participation – regardless of productivity in the classical sense.

UBI is not passive, but dynamic: It is adjusted to rising living standards, takes regional peculiarities into account, and is not limited by state budgets, but by planetary value creation pools, managed by ASI and DDD.

The Machine Tax: A Fair Redistribution System

Financing is done through intelligent, automated taxation of machine performance. Every form of non-human labor – be it an AI model, a delivery drone, a production robot, or a digital administrative agent – is taxed based on its output. This tax is not collected manually, but is built into the system architecture – similar to CO₂ certificates, only data-based, in real-time, and fully transparently documented on the global blockchain.

This creates a fair, growth-independent financing system that is based not on human performance, but on technological yield. Those who develop or use machines automatically contribute to society – without people being exploited or pitted against each other.

New Freedom: From Existential Pressure to Potential Development

With the elimination of the economic struggle for existence, humanity frees itself from a millennia-old dogma: the necessity of selling one's lifetime. UBI allows people to focus on education, family, art, research, social engagement, or personal development. Work becomes something one does out of passion – not out of fear of poverty.

The Electronic Technocracy actively promotes this new freedom: Through DDD platforms, people can initiate projects, get involved in global processes, build reputation, and develop themselves in the sense of a planetary ethic. The value of humans no longer lies in their efficiency, but in their creativity, cooperativeness, and responsibility.

Concluding Thought: An Economic System for People, Not Vice Versa

The machine tax is more than a source of funding – it is a symbol of the new social contract. The Electronic Technocracy recognizes that technological progress must serve the common good. UBI is the expression of this insight: an economic system that no longer turns people into resources, but gives them resources so that they can finally truly be human.

The World Succession Deed 1400 makes this change irreversible. It secures every world citizen a right to life, participation, and dignity – not through merit, but through birth. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in human history – one in which the goal is no longer survival, but development.
