CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST AN UNKNOWN VICTIM - THE ABSURD JUDICIAL FARCE!
Ladies and gentlemen, the mendacity and underhandedness of the German judiciary in the case of the buyer of state succession certificate 1400 is reaching surreal proportions! While he was only illegally informed of the judgment on compulsory medication "by acclamation", he received an official notification:
A notification from the police chief of Berlin that the criminal proceedings for a threat with a knife against an unknown victim had been dropped!
Victim unknown??! "That's new! I've never heard of anything like this before!", the buyer rightly writes!
The victim must always be known in criminal proceedings!
There is a complaint against an unknown person if the perpetrator is missing - but a victim?
Someone must have reported the crime, otherwise there would be no investigation!
For the buyer, the matter is clear: "This is clearly a faked crime, carried out by the criminals at Blacksite Berlin, the police, the public prosecutor's office, experts and the courts."
He is once again the victim, not the perpetrator!
After the case was closed, he still didn't know who he was supposed to have threatened - the malicious clinic staff didn't tell him!
But the compulsory medication proceedings, which were initiated because of this alleged knife threat, continued despite the discontinuation of the criminal proceedings!
He remained in the isolation cell because of this false accusation!
This is the absolute perversion of the rule of law!
They invent a criminal offense with an "unknown victim" to isolate him and justify the forced medication and urgently place him under covert forced care!
Anything to torture him further, to force him to sue for the NWO jurisdiction! Or to underpin the covert coercive care (Plan B)!
This is not justice, this is a criminal conspiracy!
This is hypocritical malice 2.0 - saving Germany's face to the outside world!
After all, you are only "helping" a mentally handicapped person who is not capable of consent to his "right", who does not complain himself!
Here, Germany is sacrificing itself in a do-gooder manner in order to enforce the rights of the buyer!
