FORCED MEDICATION ON DEMAND - BREACH OF THE LAW MADE IN GERMANY!

Ladies and gentlemen, covert criminal psychiatry in Germany operates beyond the law! The purchaser of State Certificate of Succession 1400 reveals the completely unlawful way in which his four-year forced medication was decided!


After he had been tortured in isolation for months and his complaints of poisoning and gassing had been deliberately reinterpreted as "delusions", an expert came.


He refused the expert opinion.


He did not want a lawyer, even though he could not be represented in court and the threat of forced medication was unavoidable! He was outlawed and accepted it!


That's the malice and mendacity - they deprived him of his rights on absurd pretexts!


And then the pinnacle of the breach of law: he was not served with a court orderly written notification of the judgment on forced medication, which he should have signed!


Instead, the verdict, which was supposed to put him under drugs of the worst kind for four years, was read to him in excerpts by the senior doctor through the hatch of the iso-door!


Completely unlawful! By acclamation!


Proper service? Not a chance! Legally binding? Never in my life! The only way out is to take legal action! As always!


That's not justice, that's arbitrariness! The ultimate provocation!


What sense does this sneaky, unlawful delivery make?


The buyer suspects: "that in the course of the forced medication, a guardianship was also appointed in parallel, where the court service was made on my guardian."


A guardianship of which he was also not informed or served!


This means that everything that was initiated by the court with the hidden compulsory care is de facto illegal and legally ineffective! But Germany doesn't care about such details and has always completely ignored them! Germany creates facts - beyond all law!


This is Plan B in action:


Covert compulsory care, used secretly, without information, without the possibility of objection, without a personal hearing, in order to completely incapacitate him and to be able to act legally on his behalf and thus replace him and thus be able to unlawfully take over and exercise his rights under the State Succession Act 1400!


This is the German (un)constitutional state!
