PROPORTIONALITY? A JOKE! - HOW THE BLACKSITE DESTROYS HOPE!
Ladies and gentlemen, the staged police operation, the false knife accusation and the forced DNA sample in the isolation of Blacksite Berlin had yet another, particularly malicious consequence for the buyer of the 1400 Certificate of Succession:
They destroyed his last hope of an early review of his detention!
Because the whole action came at an inopportune time for him!
A few months later, the annual hearing to review the continuation of his detention was due.
And this time it would have been a particularly harsh examination of proportionality - after seven years in prison at the time (six years after sentencing plus pre-trial detention), the law (Section 67 of the Criminal Code) stipulates this.
The buyer, who had done nothing wrong during this time, thought he had a good chance of being released on the grounds of proportionality.
"As we all know, hope dies last," he writes.
But this underhand action, this mendacious staging of a criminal offense, threw a spanner in the works!
Suddenly he was a defendant in a new criminal case, was considered an acute danger to others and was therefore in isolation!
These were all "reasons" why the proportionality test had to be negative and he would remain in custody! Do you see the diabolical logic?
You are fabricating an incident in order to undermine the legally prescribed review of his detention!
This is the highest level of legal malpractice!
Why? To keep him under pressure and now initiate compulsory supervision! He should not be released until he has filed a lawsuit, and now it was time to initiate compulsory supervision!
His lawsuit is the key to global jurisdiction for the NWO! And if he doesn't play along, his actions will be replaced by a guardian who files a lawsuit
They destroy his hope, prolong his agony - all for their sinister plan!
