THE PERPETRATOR FACTORY - WHY POISONING INSTEAD OF CONTROL? THE PERPETRATORS ARE ONLY BUILDERS OF THE NWO
Friends of freedom, the methods in Blacksite Berlin are not only malicious, but also deviously calculated!
The buyer of the State Succession Deed 1400 is right to ask himself:
Why is he being secretly poisoned instead of the orderlies simply checking that he swallows the (supposedly voluntary) medicine?
This is common practice with other inmates:
Open your mouth, speak up - check done!
Why not with him? "I tell them why - on the one hand it's supposed to stress me out and on the other hand it creates offenders."

And it creates perpetrators!

If there are no continuing crimes, after 10 years international criminal responsibility cannot jump from the "insignificant" collaborators to the political leaders - who are the much more attractive target!
The "insignificant" employees are certainly not aware of this.
They have no idea that the plan is to prosecute them one day and gather as much evidence as possible against them - from their own people!
This is the mendacious duplicity of the secret services!
They use and sacrifice their own people!
In order to be able to present "perpetrators" to the world public on day X, when everything becomes obvious, and to have evidence, e.g. payment channels for bribes etc.. And then to actually be able to arrest these perpetrators. These pawn victims were persuaded that they had certain backers, which was actually the case. But the whole chain of perpetrators is completely fabricated, but the perpetrators are real! These idiots are completely convinced of that!
Because when they experience the "convenience" of the end of international law (= end of human rights) first hand, it is clear that they will confess! And that is precisely the devious plan of the secret services, because they have made the matter their own, their own business - to collect the lure of 'money' from the buyer of the state succession deed by exercising the endless compensation claims from the NATO GROUP STATUTE through covert coercive support. With money, thinking stops, with a lot of money even the smartest person behaves like a fool, coupled with the promise of state impunity and a chain of evidence of impunity since 1995 against the buyer, yes, then there is no more shame, no more decency, only greed, unscrupulousness and the final stage of megalomania!
The Deep State is in this state, ready for any outrage, full of anticipation of the "ticket to the island!" And this is solved with a division of labor to the detriment of the buyer!

How long has the plan been running? It is ridiculously stupid to assume that the contract came about because a 19-year-old noname asked the OFD Koblenz whether he was allowed to co-market the NATO property as an independent real estate agent - i.e. did not want to buy it himself! Who exactly has been behind the NWO conspiracy since the 1990s?
Were politicians from all over the world involved? Which ones exactly?
Which people in the states, NATO and the United Nations were involved? And are they still alive? e.g. former Chancellor of the FRG, Helmut Kohl is already dead! Or have the old people left their successors an unsolvable riddle, on the solution of which their own survival depends! Motto: "After me, the deluge!"
What allies will the NWO have on day X to usurp world domination?
