THE WATER IS TURNED OFF - THE NEXT STAGE OF REPRESSION!
Ladies and gentlemen, the buyer of the State Succession Charter 1400 had seen through the mendacious poisoners of Blacksite Berlin and had switched to water from the tap.
But the system struck back - with full force! After a few weeks, the shock:
New water rules for everyone!
Rule 1: Bottled water is now only available for inmates on hospital food!
As the buyer was self-sufficient at the time, he no longer received water from the clinic!
Rule 2: Only one 1-liter bottle per day! This is to prevent the "boarders" from supplying others (like the buyer) with water!
Rule 3: The water distribution for the whole week (7 bottles) takes place in a controlled manner on one day!
The maliciousness of these new rules is obvious:
They are aimed directly at cutting the buyer off from any external source of water!

The sneakiness: ordering drinks through the clinic delivery service was not an option!
Since the poisoners from the secret service had already manipulated the original sealed water bottles, it would have been easy to manipulate the delivery service drinks too - the delivery took 6 days, enough time!
