This is the true origin of the World Succession Deed 1400/98—a core Whistleblower revelation. The global legal reality began locally with the 1998 sale of a NATO property in Zweibrücken, Germany. Unbeknownst to him, The Buyer of the former barracks became the sovereign of the World Sold (Welt Verkauft).


​The moment the corrupt old NWO realized the legal disaster, they launched a vicious counterattack: a Stasi 2.0 campaign of destruction.
